Frank Van Wagenen (1862 – 1936).
Frank (Francis) is the son of Isaac Walter Van Wagenen and Elizabeth Moreland.
Francis lives in Mitchell, South Dakota, where he is engaged in the practice of law. In 1898 he graduated from the Iowa State University. He has two children, Arthur and Raymond. -(From: Compendium of History Reminiscence and Biography of Lyon County, Iowa.)
Some light scratches/marks most of which can only be seen while viewing photo at an angle to the light. Whitish spots at the bottom portion can be seen straight on. Bend at the lower right corner
Tintype measures about 2 3/8” x 3 1/2”.
