Frank A. Hill was the Secretary of the Massachusetts State Board of Education from 1894 until his death in 1903 and he was also one of the two Commissioners of the Massachusetts State School fund.

Back of photo reads ‘Frank A. Hill’.

Marks/spots, scratches and soiling spots most of which can only be seen while viewing photo at an angle to the light.

Cabinet card has a diagonal warp and doesn’t lay flat.

Cabinet card measures about 4 1/4″ x 6 1/2″.
