The solider who took this photo was based at the Bearcat Base.
Some marks/spots on photo most of which can only be seen while viewing photo at an angle to the light.
Writing on back of photo can be seen on front when viewing photo at an angle.
Back of photo has residue from a self-adhesive photo album and tanning lines.
Written on the back is ’18 September 70 A hear of water buffalo on the way to the firebase. Notice the grave stones in the background there is a group of Vietnamese sitting on one of the graves. There are no cemeteries in Vietnam. You see graves with elaborate stones everywhere. The Vietnamese spend nearly all their wealth on buriels’. (and photographic information)
