ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

This page contains our policies regarding conditions of products, payment, shipping, and returns.  If you have any questions, please contact us at oldphotosandstuff@gmail.com.

All of the items we sell are unique, meaning, we  only have one of each item, therefore, all sales are on a first come, first served basis. There is always the chance that we’ll receive more than one order for an item before it has been marked SOLD. In such cases, the order first received will be honored; all subsequent requests will receive a refund via Paypal and a reply email indicating that the photo has been sold.

All photos are vintage and original and all WILL show some type of wear and tear.

*Colors of the scanned photo may vary slightly from the actual photograph as all monitors and screens are calibrated differently. Color/contrast/lighting is more like the scanned image then the photograph I took (if I took a photograph).

Processing / Development Flaws – Most photos have some sort of development flaw(s) and I consider them to be a part of what makes the photograph vintage. I’ll not mention them unless they are severe. Processing / Development flaws include, but not is not limited to: little squiggly lines, dust, horizontal or vertical lines going across the entire photo, black spots, white spots, chemical spots and many other things.

Payment Policy

All money is USD.

Currently, we only accept payment via Paypal’s secured checkout. You do not need a Paypal account to pay for your purchase with a credit card. Just click on the Paypal button and Paypal will guide you through the process.

We can accept Postal Money Orders if you are not comfortable paying online. Please send an email  with the title and reference number (number at the bottom of the description, top of the description or in the title itself) so that we can reserve that item for you.

Shipping Policy

All money is USD.

Flat Shipping Rate of  $4.50 USD for any amount of photos per order.  Photos are shipped via First-Class mail (photos sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard and then inserted into bubble envelope).

We usually ship your order the same day or on the next business day, but guarantee shipping within 2 business days. All orders are usually shipped via First-Class with the United States Postal Service, which may take up to nine business days according to USPS.  Large orders (money or photos) may be shipped via Priority Mail via USPS. All United States orders are shipped with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are confirmed as delivered by USPS, but you claim as not delivered. Delivery issues should be handled through your post office, however, if you are not sure of the status of your delivery or have reason to believe that we have made a mistake, please contact us at oldphotosandstuff@gmail.com. Items ‘lost’ in the mail must be handled at your post office with your tracking number, and we will also do what we can at this end, but you must contact us to let us know there is a problem. We haven’t had a problem with anything we have sold here, on eBay or Etsy as of yet.

Refund/Return Policy

Please remember that all our items  are used, vintage and or antique. They are not new and wear is to be expected. Please view all the pictures we provide at the highest magnification available to help you determine the condition of the item along with the item description. If you would like additional pictures of the item  or if you have a specific question about the item, please do not hesitate to email us at oldphotosandstuff@gmail.com. Refunds are usually only given if the product is deemed misrepresented in the description.

If you are not satisfied with your order in any other way, please contact us via email.  We are very easy to work with and all situations will be handled on a case by case basis.

To initiate a refund, send us an email with the word “refund” in the subject line and the title of the product in the body along with a brief description of the problem within 3 days of delivery.
